amorous aims

swab at leisure gratis kisses
along the ridges aching for succor
or as burn breezes as they are known
in the season when hesitation
vacations on the globe’s opposing

hemisphere; in the heat the hat
comes off the noble gent
preparing for muffled ears
and to labor long and hard at the art
of painting in essence with silent

brushes ignoring the sting that visits
every ardent adventurer
aspiring to silver tongue talents
and must thus come to a crawl
as this vale’s demands multiply

About Timmy the Scribbler

Love to write all kinds of stuff I love writing so many different kinds of stuff it is a constant struggle to narrow the focus to a manageable handful and let the others go. But a few years ago I dipped my fingers into a poetry pie and of all my uncertainties, one thing that is no uncertainty is that it is one passion that must remain, so maybe that's the one. I do dearly delight in chopping up fictional works into stanzas and syllables.
