fallacy?

it is often assumed that one can be more oneself with others they know than when with strangers. I have to question that. People who know you have their opinions and definitions for you. I say this because I truly feel more free to write the way I really like to write than I do when I go over to facebook, where part of me feels not truly free to word what I want to word the way I really wish to word.

I once developed a bad facebook habit. I went back to it a few month ago. It’s got its good points but for the most part I feel it a toxin for the mind wishing to tap into the blessed spring from which flows that juicy feel for imaginative, freewheeling, prose or poetry or poetic prose or whatnot.

About Timmy the Scribbler

Love to write all kinds of stuff I love writing so many different kinds of stuff it is a constant struggle to narrow the focus to a manageable handful and let the others go. But a few years ago I dipped my fingers into a poetry pie and of all my uncertainties, one thing that is no uncertainty is that it is one passion that must remain, so maybe that's the one. I do dearly delight in chopping up fictional works into stanzas and syllables.
