the thing I’m working on explores
the theme of comparison and its companion toxicity,
so in addition to animal research for the sake of anthropomorphic fantasy tales, goes an ongoing ponder-study on comparison and its companion toxicity;
well along the way along come fine sayings and they make themselves at home, think
to quote them the next time it seems appropriate; but a twist
just hit about this: comparison is the killer of joy – sometimes the killing of the joy is not intentional – but sometimes that’s the exact
motive, to kill joy or be a killjoy.

About Timmy the Scribbler

Love to write all kinds of stuff I love writing so many different kinds of stuff it is a constant struggle to narrow the focus to a manageable handful and let the others go. But a few years ago I dipped my fingers into a poetry pie and of all my uncertainties, one thing that is no uncertainty is that it is one passion that must remain, so maybe that's the one. I do dearly delight in chopping up fictional works into stanzas and syllables.
