2014 #312

Frosted mud wasn’t the first dessert
preference. Force-fed likewise
came up when the eldest
gained early earthly success
in gaming accessories
and really aspired to little more
than a life of a light hedonism

but one needs a check in the wallet
to be able to take the check
out of the wallet for a cashier to cash
and carrying that pocket of cash for a bag
of kidneys or a pallet
of noodles. Might’ve been a good idea
to check the forecast prior

to dressing for the play ground
or made a mental note the calendar’s
family holiday reminder
didn’t buck with enough jazzy
key or chord changes to complete
a submersion and might’ve stayed in
and practiced fixing sauces

About Timmy the Scribbler

Love to write all kinds of stuff I love writing so many different kinds of stuff it is a constant struggle to narrow the focus to a manageable handful and let the others go. But a few years ago I dipped my fingers into a poetry pie and of all my uncertainties, one thing that is no uncertainty is that it is one passion that must remain, so maybe that's the one. I do dearly delight in chopping up fictional works into stanzas and syllables.
